Return Policy: Good Little Souls

At Good Little Souls, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a book that is damaged or defective in any way, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customer Discretionary Returns: We accept returns for books that are in their original, undamaged condition. The book must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at littlesouls23@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number.
The reason for the return.
For damaged or defective items, please include a clear photograph of the damage.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).
For damaged or defective items, we can either offer a full refund or send a replacement copy. Please let us know your preference in your return email.

Shipping Costs

For damaged or defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from GoodLittleSouls.com. If you purchased our book from a third-party retailer like Amazon or Barnes & Noble, please follow their respective return policies.
We do not accept returns on personalized items, such as our "Write About Me" custom stories or animated videos.
